Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn condition
  • Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use
  • In original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Return

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
